Vanilla Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are the softest chewiest cookies EVER!! AND they stay soft for DAYS...yumm!!

Cook Time 12 minutes
Servings 24 cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 3.4 oz vanilla pudding
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups chocolate chips I use milk chocolate...always!! But my mom uses semi-sweet. I say go sweet or go home:) But that is your own choice.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar
  • add vanilla pudding mix...dry...just dump it right in.
  • add eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly
  • mix in flower and baking soda
  • stir in chocolate chips
  • drop by rounded spoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet
  • bake for 10-12 mins or until JUST the edges are light golden brown. Don't overbake. They will be puffed up, but after you remove them from the heat, they will settle into the PERFECT GOOEY cookie.
